It's been long enough that we've held the name of GBCP, and time for us to begin choosing the name for our game. While we still have plenty of ways to go, I would like to take the time to ask people to begin compiling a list of names, post as many as you want. Post in any language you want (but try to keep it a language around the Caribbean).
Come up with as many different names as you can. They don't have to be like everyone else's, but I would try shooting for:
- Something that sounds like something straight out of a 50s movie. - Some snazz ...
I know what you're thinking. "But, we already have a community project, Richard!" I realize this, but in my experience, I have found that having more than one project, and flip-flopping between them can sometimes improve productivity of both projects, and will keep you interested.Besides, I can't wait to get started on the new layout. I have some grim news. We were expecting our first check from Google for about $120 this upcoming month. Yesterday, Google decided to disable our ads account with them. The site stays alive thanks to those ads, and now, we must rely on your donations to keep the site alive. We lost all of that money. We are going to appeal this action taken by the corpertation, but I fear it's highly unlikely that we will get our account reactivated. Yes, I have installed the new chat system. There are some minor bugs, like sound not playing in newer browsers, but they aren't anything big. If you find some bugs that really need tending to, please tell me, and I will look into them.
Oh, and don't use any other themes, besides Prosilver (default). I haven't finished editing them, so things'll look weird, maybe.
